Popeye Jr's sorcerer and caretaker.
Eegore is a former member of the Radioactive Uber Clan and a member of the Indigo Syndicate. He is Popeye Jr.'s caretaker for when Popeye the Sailor. isn't around to take care of his son as well as a supreme sorcerer. He was born as a half-fishman/half-human family. He was kidnapped by evil Demons and sold around as a circus show before the RUC eventually saved him. He gained Popeye's trust and eventually was chosen to be a caretaker for Popeye Jr. given Popeye's work making him busy.
Over the years, Eegore would take care of his young master and be loyal to him. He would protect him with his magic and his pet Megalodon shark, Megalos. Eventually when the Indigo Syndicate was formed, he became one of the first members Popeye Jr. has chosen due to his loyalty. Now he serves as an advisor whenever figures like Nikolai Almuff ain't around and is ordered by his master to do anything.

Megalos, Eegore's pet Megalodon.
Popeye Jr. is his only friend since the RUC and Indigo Prophecy believe he is a bit too eccentric for their taste. Despite his weirdness, he is loyal to the RUC and Popeye Jr.
Eegore is on a mission to destroy Spiffy over him killing a bunch of orphans in front of him.

Magic
Eegore specializes in many water and dark themed magic he learned throughout the years. Some of his magic includes summoning tsunami's, blinding his opponents with darkness, summoning exploding skulls, and summoning giant squids to fall on top of the enemy. He has also learned to merge the two magic spells together to create portals, summoning eldritch tentacles to fight alongside him.
Eegore has also been known to conjure up explosive Pufferfish. He summons them on the ground and the more they expand, the more likely they will explode. His most powerful darkness attack is "Deaths Call" which can absorb the soul of anyone he attacks with.
He has many different dark and water skils at his disposal. He can even summon and communicate with sea creatures, hence him taming Megalos.
